1. T C S is free to work according to policy and code of conduct according to our management decision's.
2. T C S is willing to work on best possible areas of software development ,maintenance,training and placements .we are free to change our every decision at any point of time and it will never be claimable.
3. If candidate make payment of us or register with us it means he/she agree with our term's and condition of working .The amount he/she paid to us is never refundable nor be claimable and never be transferable .
4.In case if you are a client in related to software once you accepted are design ,payment & condition on it ,those are on agreement basis .if any client will not satisfy after completion of project and it will be exactly they demand sometime it will cost extra charge according to our policy .and No Claim of Payment for refunding /transferring will be accepted.
5.The submission of charges are directly related to the charges of information providing through our expert's or the information provided by us .the submission of charges is not a surety of a job.These are only consultancy fee for consulting with T C S .(related to placement & recruitment section)
6.The development of software area's are handled by T C S are agreement basis ,and we are willing to fulfill it on-time.
